Leave of Absence

  • Review all requests for leave that go beyond 3 days out of the office for medical or military reasons
  • Review applicable federal and state regulations regarding the medical or military leave
  • Manage Family Medical Leave Act, Medical Leave, Maternity Leave, Parental Leave, Workers Compensation and Military Leave as appropriate
  • Ensure compliant documentation regarding the type of leave applicable
  • Maintain communication with managers and client regarding timeframes of leave and returns
  • Ensure appropriate recordkeeping regarding the leave
  • Monthly, review all employee leave to ensure consistent practices are being upheld
