Leave of Absence
- Review all requests for leave that go beyond 3 days out of the office for medical or military reasons
- Review applicable federal and state regulations regarding the medical or military leave
- Manage Family Medical Leave Act, Medical Leave, Maternity Leave, Parental Leave, Workers Compensation and Military Leave as appropriate
- Ensure compliant documentation regarding the type of leave applicable
- Maintain communication with managers and client regarding timeframes of leave and returns
- Ensure appropriate recordkeeping regarding the leave
- Monthly, review all employee leave to ensure consistent practices are being upheld
