  • Policy/Procedure Paperwork
  • Payroll Entry/Timesheet Entry
  • Benefits information review
  • IT/Site/Badging Access
  • Reviewing company expectations with the new hire.
  • Reviewing company policies/procedures with the new hire. 
  • Creating a Point of Contact with the new hire for any questions that occur after the onboarding process has completed.
  • Passing off or assisting with Department specific policies/procedures/expectations.
