Payroll
- Confirm New Hire information is complete
- Enter New Hires in payroll system
- Perform I-9 and E-Verify compliance
- Review timesheet/timeclock entries each payroll
- Perform payroll processing
- Perform electronic payments, tax withholding, advances, garnishments etc. processing
- Develop and maintain payroll processing procedures for different groups, in multiple states, and with Collective Bargaining Agreement requirements
- Remit/Report federal and multi-state withholdings and unemployment per month, quarter, or annually as required
- Reconcile, print and mail W-2s
- Perform successful customer service for employee and employer questions regarding paychecks, deductions, etc.
