Payroll

  • Confirm New Hire information is complete
  • Enter New Hires in payroll system
  • Perform I-9 and E-Verify compliance
  • Review timesheet/timeclock entries each payroll 
  • Perform payroll processing
  • Perform electronic payments, tax withholding, advances, garnishments etc. processing
  • Develop and maintain payroll processing procedures for different groups, in multiple states, and with Collective Bargaining Agreement requirements
  • Remit/Report federal and multi-state withholdings and unemployment per month, quarter, or annually as required
  • Reconcile, print and mail W-2s
  • Perform successful customer service for employee and employer questions regarding paychecks, deductions, etc.
