  • Receive all claim documentation, review for completeness and then report as appropriate. 
  • Ensure state required documentation is performed/received
  • Review drug screen requirements, based on state requirements
  • Perform management of claim with insurance representative and client/manager
  • Track as appropriate for OSHA compliance
  • Perform Leave of Absence requirements for those situations where the employee will be away from work for at least 3 days
  • Monitor physician notes for light duty opportunities and work with client/manager regarding options
  • Handle requirements for states that are monopolistic/state run programs (i.e. Ohio, Washington)
  • Monitor Forced Leave for absences, based on state requirements
  • Answer questions from employee and client as needed
  • Recordkeeping
  • Federal and State law reviews as needed
