Workers Compensation
- Receive all claim documentation, review for completeness and then report as appropriate.
- Ensure state required documentation is performed/received
- Review drug screen requirements, based on state requirements
- Perform management of claim with insurance representative and client/manager
- Track as appropriate for OSHA compliance
- Perform Leave of Absence requirements for those situations where the employee will be away from work for at least 3 days
- Monitor physician notes for light duty opportunities and work with client/manager regarding options
- Handle requirements for states that are monopolistic/state run programs (i.e. Ohio, Washington)
- Monitor Forced Leave for absences, based on state requirements
- Answer questions from employee and client as needed
- Recordkeeping
- Federal and State law reviews as needed
